Took her to the vet.....

Took my kitten that I found in my yard tot he vets earlier this month. (I think it was the 4th, I've been busy)

And She was examining her prior to giving her her needles. I had pointed out that her rib cage felt funny, as if she had a genetic deformity and it stuck out in a weird place.

She didn't look to thrilled. Turns out someone has probably kicked her hard enough to BREAK her sternum.

That makes it right that I think she's been abused by young people. She's so aggressive with them.

So far, I'm still not allowed to keep her, but I want to get her vetted up before I rehome her. Maybe by that time I'll have convinced everyone to let me keep her.

Her name was Paha, then it is Currant at the vets office, but I just call her BK, or Baby Kitty.

She is beautiful. Good for you for taking her in!

I just have to say that I don't know what is wrong with some kids these days. Our shelter took in 5 kittens a couple weeks ago that a guy got off some kids that were trying to drown them. It's scarry to me how many people just don't get that kitties have feelings.

They said it's healed on it's own and it doens't seem to cause her any pain, so it's just going to be left alone. It doesn't bother her any. Until you pick her up, you can't even notice a difference.

poor Baby I hope you can find her a loving home
