My Husbands Wbc is to low

He has a rare Leukemia and his wbc is only 2.8 today.

I really hope the white blood count is down from a virus or something. All of his counts aside from that seem to be doing pretty good. I realize childhood leukemia is different from adult leukemia, but one of the biggest red flags of relapse for my son are the platelets. I see your husbands are on the low side, but they are still in the normal range. That and his lymphocytes are still low, relatively.

His doctors havent ordered a bone marrow aspiration have they?

Again, I really hope it's just a funky virus eating up those WBCs and platelets. Praying everything is ok for you guys.

His platelets are always on the low side.
What is strange is last month his wbc was up to 3.6.
