Hi everyone, my hubby is schedueled for two job interviews tomorrow
We're so excited but we need your help

In preparation, I downloaded an Adobe program on Resume and cover letter instructions and tips and it gave me this:

How would you answer these???

Common Interview questions.

The best way to avoid having a bad job interview is to prepare ahead of time. So practice, practice, PRACTICE your answers to the following questions;

•\tPlease tell me about yourself…
•\tWhy should we hire you?
•\tWhat are your plans for the next year? Two years? Five years?
•\tWhat do you expect to get from this job?
•\tWhat are your biggest weaknesses?
•\tWhat are your biggest strengths?
•\tWhy did you leave your last job?
•\tWhat would your former employer say about you if I called them today?
•\tWhy did you get into this line of work?
•\tWhat made you want to apply for this company?

Also, it showed me the following - I never even thought of asking such questions as the ones below~who'd a thought they would expect you to ask questions? I thought it would be rude to ask such as these:

Prepare questions of your own.

Employers are as interested in your questions as they are in your answers. And theyâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]ll react favorably if you ask intelligent questions about the position, the company and the industry. The interview is a two-way street. Remember you are also interviewing the employer to see if you want to work for that company. You should have a list of questions in mind to ask the interviewer. Here are some questions;

•\tWhat would you expect of me? What would my main responsibilities be?
•\tHow would my performance be evaluated?
•\tIs there room for promotion?
•\tWould there be any travel involved in this position?
•\tWhere do you see this company in 2 years?
•\tHow would you describe your management style?
•\tHow do you see me fitting into this company?

Try looking up the companies on the Internet and see if you can get any inside information about them Tamme so he can go in with some sort of reinforced knowledge and impress their socks off!

Thanks Hissy!

I'm trying to find something, anything on them now...

One of the callers offered a scheduele on the phone and it's not exactly what we were looking for, but it's close. It's two night shifts followed by two evening shifts. What if they ask Darrell if he wants the job even before he gets to find out what the other offers are? Would it be rude to ask for what he wants? He wants all evening shifts.

•\tPlease tell me about yourself… - give something like " I am a punctual and dedicated worker who takes pride in my work.

•\tWhat are your plans for the next year? Two years? Five years? I hope that during that time I learn all my job duties and grow as a valuable employee
•\tWhat do you expect to get from this job? The sense of satisfatcion of a job well done and the respect of my co-workers
•\tWhat are your biggest weaknesses? I expect too much of myself and strive always to do better
•\tWhat are your biggest strengths? profeesionalism, a willingness to work, dedication
•\tWhy did you leave your last job? The company and I were headed in different directions.
•\tWhat would your former employer say about you if I called them today?
•\tWhy did you get into this line of work? Don't know the line of work

Definately prepare questions as employers like interest shown.

These are all good questions!

•\tWhat would you expect of me? What would my main responsibilities be?
•\tHow would my performance be evaluated?
•\tIs there room for promotion?
•\tWould there be any travel involved in this position?
•\tWhere do you see this company in 2 years?
