My cats have killed many a cat nip cigar, and one cat nip banana. Jordan gets especially aggresive with his cat nip toys.

Boy that is one good surprise considering the icky news about Bobber


I was snowblowing as the mailman drove in so I waited until I got in the house an hour later
.


I'll try to post pics if I can get my desktop internet connection corrected.

BUT....................

I got a lightweight cat throw/blanket-right now I have it laying on the cat sofa and Grizzlie is underneath it!!

A couple a catnip toys-I put those by Bobber-she is the biggest lover of catnip.

The plastic rings-well I know Bakker will love those but he is napping now.

And a laser pointer-I was just thinking of buying one!!

Two pairs of fuzzy socks-which is good as I just had to toss a couple pairs away as they had holes.

Some yummy looking candy-the perfect time of month to receive this (*note must hide from Neil*)

Also a flower calender for my bulletin board, a little photo holder and a small garden tool tote which I will keep in truck as many times I just toss a hand pruner on the seat and it gets "misplaced".


So just have to solve the mystery of the Bakersfield,CA SS!!

Any tips will be welcome.

Well being cooped up inside because of the weather all day worked it's magic and the gift just had to be opened, it was the Cat's idea of course, Linus insisted, Pixie and Sassy agreed.


I got a wonderful variety of gifts, a really nice candle, lots and lots of candy, a very nice book, two kitty magnets, and the kids each got a toy they just loved infact they are all playing with them right now..

I *almost* got my SS gift today (I think...). lol Unfortunately, I was at work all day and was not home to sign. I will have to wait until after work tomorrow to pick it up at the post office. So, to my SS, it's at the post office, waiting for me to get it. Thank you very much in advance.

I have that problem with DH too! I either have to buy any candy things when he isn't looking and then hide it; or buy him some too. (And hope it's enough to keep him content!

OMG. I just love him.

I enjoyed seeing all your gifts, We did SS at a site I've belonged to for 6 years. It's fun to have online friends.

Ohhh Isaac!!! What fabulous timing to snap such a perfect photo!

I got another present from my SS today! Well, it actually arrived yesterday, but I didn't pick it up until this afternoon.

The present was a book - Dewey: The Small-Town Library Cat who Touched the World, about a kitten who was found in the drop off chute at a library in a small town in Iowa. There's a story about it here - http://features.csmonitor.com/books/...hed-the-world/

I'm 2 chapters in already - I was going to post that I'd received it first, but the draw of the book was too much


And to make the gift even more personal, it's set in the same state that my SS is from - lookingglass!! The book came with a really nice note


Thanks sooooo much, you are too kind! I'm just brewing a cup of Ceylon Sonnata to drink while reading my book


This is my second year of SS and both years I have received such thoughtful, wonderful gifts
