Warning !!!!
The post office is now stating that Parcel Post packages are taking 2 weeks to deliver. They will not make it in time for Christmas. If you haven't mailed your packages yet, you might want to consider Priority Mail thru USPS, or go with Fedex or UPS.
They seem to love the catnip birds.Originally Posted by Rang_27

Since my SS, Pami, was sweet enough to send gifts for the other cats (and dog) in my family, just wanted to share a couple of pics of my parents' cat, Lucy, enjoying her new toys last night. Mom said Lucy went nuts!

Thanks Pipersjo for all the wonderful gifts!!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but you haven't received anything yet, have you (other than the wreath)? I think your SS wants to make you suffer as well.Originally Posted by Russian Blue

Sorry about the delay, but I received my SS gift at the end of last week. My SS was Linda (Going Nova). She sent me chocolate (yummy chocolate I might add lol), a fleece throw, candles (lots of candles!) in a beautiful tin, candle holders, fleecy socks, a couple of ornaments for my tree, the kitty tent, a new really big mouse for Pepper, a crinkly butterfly for Petunia, a soccor ball, and a new catnip banana!! The cats LOVE their new toys! Pepper already ripped the tail off of his mouse and Petunia has claimed both the butterfly and the banana. Thank you SO MUCH Linda-- you don't know how much you made my Christmas! I would post pics but for some reason I am having trouble right now so i will try some other time.
That's why I put a note on my door to leave any packages at our leasing office. We're also waiting for 2 gifts for family to arrive.Originally Posted by MoochNNoodles

DH and I are trying to figure out how and when we can get to the post office to pick it up. It may not be today unfortunately!
It's about the only toy that Frankie acts kitten like with. The design is super simply and equally effective!Originally Posted by Momofmany
I noticed that Alleygirl got a Cat Dancer.
If you haven't ever tried a Cat Dancer on your cat, you would be amazed at how much they love it. It doesn't look like much. Someone gave one to me once and I thought, "yeah, right". Koko actually starts to drool when I pull it out of the drawer to play with her. You couldn't find them for a long time, but I think they carry them at Petsmart now.
(yes, I tried to make them but couldn't find the right wire)
We staple ours to the cat trees. I have 4 all over the house on different trees and they are a favorite of Takoda and Magnum.Originally Posted by Momofmany

Yet another reason for me to buy the kids a nice tree.Originally Posted by snosrap5

They do & the best part is that they are attatched to the blanket & it makes Jordan even more crazy that he can't get the bird off and run away with it.Originally Posted by AbbysMom

Riley and Xander absolutely love it! I wasn't sure how they would react since its such a simple thing, but they go almost as nuts for it as Da Bird!Originally Posted by Momofmany
