My husband took a friend visiting from Switzerland to the observatory on the top of the mountains near by today while I'm home studying.

He took the camera and was very excited to have a clear day to take some nice photos.

I just realised the memory stick is not in the camera

I took it out last night to transfer a couple of photos to the laptop and forgot to put it back in.

It's about 1 1/2 hours drive each way, and he's going to be
when he gets home.

Call him on his cell and tell him to pick up one of those disposable ones.

I tried to call and warn him, but he must have had no cell coverage by then. Oh well!

He'll realise there's no memory card when he turns it on - it makes a pretty big fuss. It's a digital SLR, and DSLRs don't have an internal memory...

Knowing my luck, his friend would walk through the door as well.
