Cat Friendly House Design

I just found this article for an unbelievably cat-friendly house design from Japan. I want that house!

and if you read the article it says that all materials used in the house are scratch resistant and easy to clean

That's kinda what I want to do with my house someday... when I can afford to build it. I want a cat room on the main floor with a huge picture window for critter-watching. And I want to build it around an enclosed green area, most likely open air... with cat doors so they can have outside time there whenever they want and they'll be safe.

It's cool to see someone design a house with cats in mind... gives me some ideas!

There are some things in there that could be added into a house fairly easily/inexpensively though!

i put a cat door , in my bedroom door.also have a set up so i can lock it when cats wont let me sleep.

need to take pics of it, but in the computer room i i have these.
