One of the things I've found really interesting with Clementine as she's slowly gaining more confidence is her eyes. When I first got her you might remember that she had these sort of cranky, squinty slits for eyes. It wasn't because of the flash either, because she was like that all the time for the first few days unless she was really startled or interested in something.
Then they started getting bigger...and bigger...and BIGGER. Now she looks like she has cats eye marbles instead of eyeballs. I have no idea how she can open them so wide!
She's settling in really well and doesn't hiss at Shaggy or Tucker at all, really (when the other cats come in I've been separating her with a kennel so they can't fight). She and Twix aren't the best of buds by a long shot, and Lady isn't too fond of her either. Peep would be friends with her but she insists on hissing and time she sees in poke his nosy self anywhere near her.
I do think everything will end up being alright, though, especially between her and the boys since she's the most tolerant of them, whether they're canine or feline.
