Goodbye, Leo

When my mother left for work yesterday, her cats were all fine. When she came home in the afternoon, Leo had died. There was no outward signs of trauma. He was inside with windows and doors locked. He was just lying on the floor, gone.

He was just about 1 1/2 years old. It was way too soon. He was such a lover kitty. He loved the laser light and loved being held like a baby and petted.

We don't know what happened. Mom said he always seemed a bit "stiff", that he didn't seem as flexible as other cats but I didn't notice this about him.

Please send wishes as he travels the bridge. This is just heartbreaking.

I'm so sorry for your loss - hugs to you and your mom. Leo was just beautiful. At least he knew love and warm hearts during his time here.

Thank you everyone It just doesn't make sense. Wish we could have had an autopsy done.

I know he is happy over the bridge. I like to imagine our animal friends playing happily with my nephew who passed at 2 years old. They would so love him

and that is just what they are doing. happy and safe together.
