This entire week I'm a sub at this school really far from my house but I've been there before, it's a calm easy site to be at so I'm ok with it. The thing is that last time I was there the two other staff there were less than pleasant and social so I wasn't all that thrilled to be there. Well the girl that was there isn't at that site anymore
but the guy is. Last time I was there they had the nerve to go to my boss and tell her how lazy I was and how I didn't interact with any of the kids and was no help. Well first of all I am a sub I don't know how the site is run they're there everyday I'm more of an overseer. Second I don't know how they set up the centers for the kids nor do I know where they keep all their supplies. Third neither of them said more than 3 words to me in a day even when I tried to strike up a conversation. So flash forward to today and while the girl is no longer there the guy is. He spent the entire afternoon coloring his name on a piece of paper. Then once a majority of the kids left he was talking my ear off. I couldn't keep up with half the stuff he was talking about. He even wanted to stay after to chit chat about my truck. How can he face me like nothings wrong after he talked crap behind my back? I really don't get it.
