Today I had the day off and what usually happens (cat wise) is that Mai Sai will wake up next to me on the bed, get up, eat and then come back, then he would follow me around, playing with anything thats around and then curls up next to me, purring and then sleeping while I work.
Well today he got up, ate and went upstairs and outdoors (he's a indoor/outdoor cat) then he came back in and stayed upstairs to sun himself while I was downstairs, not coming down until it was the normal bed time. Once he came down he curled up and went to sleep on the bed.
this is all very healthy and i'm sure it speaks to him growing up well, but the truth is....I missed my little shadow.....
