Pinto Beans, organic cheese, organic spinach, red onion, bell peppers, and tomato wrapped in spelt tortillas with guac and salsa! YUMM

How sad! Speedy recovery to you! Does this mean you won't have any more gallstones and will be able to eat things that are normal?

Not really sure, but it will probably include the homemade pesto my sister made.

Which reminds me: I'd better get the basil off the plants and into pesto before I lose it! Maybe tonight.

Probably the last of the the Yosemite chicken for tonight's dinner, though. I'll think about sides/presentation later.

As I am leaving for Minnesota in the morning we are ordering pizza from local pizza shop. Busy packing & getting animals ready for pet sitter.

Eating a "meh" mix of couscous curry soup mix, brown rice, and fish. It's rather bland and boring, but it's filling. I love the soup mix with quinoa and golden raisins though!

I really miss my cooking, but i feel like im out of bounds with the stove here.
Last night the family had deep fried chips they tasted so good though! and a chicken pie with heaps of tomato sauce.
Cant wait to have my stove that i cant share with anyone else!
