I wanted to make some soup this weekend but I've been really tired and ended up sleeping much of today away.
So at 5pm I decided I better make the soup because I work all week and won't get home until after 5pm, and I know I'll be too tired to do it after work.
So I rushed the process and used hot tap water and boiled additional water in the kettle to add to the pot. As a result I finished the soup, packaged it up to freeze and cleaned up the dishes, all within 3 hours. Now it's done and I don't have to worry about it.
