OK, then, if on one computer you see no images, and on others you see all images, then it's not the images themselves, but the display settings on the particular computer. That setting will be different, depending on which browser you are using. Given that IE is still the most popular browser, I fired that up to see where to find the setting. There is a Help article "To turn off graphics to display all Web pages faster". Here is the relevant bit...

Of course, that's telling you how to turn images off, so I'm expecting that you'll find the Show pictures box cleared. Restore the check mark, and you should get your images back. You may have to refresh your display (on the View menu) for it to take effect.
Other browsers may place this setting elsewhere, for instance, I'm using Opera, and the setting is actually on the View menu, and there's also a little icon in the status bar, that provides quick access to that setting.
Hope that gives you what you need to find and fix the setting on that computer.
