Well I called the vets office to get Jordan's pred refilled & they are now in agreement with me that his dose should be lowered. So we are going in tomorrow to have another blood draw (Poor cat has had so many I'm suprised he doesn't hate me). Here's to hoping that it is low enough to drop his dose. He's been doing so well that I think it will happen, but some TCS vibes never hurt.

Frankly, I'm a little suprised / irritated that I still have not heard from the vet. I can't imagine that they didn't get the results? Usually when they take the blood on Saturday they always have the results by Monday. If I don't hear anything by tomorrow by about 11 AM I guess I'll have to call. I'm wondering if the fact that his regular vet wasn't there on Saturday has anything to do with it?

It was just a blood calcium test. The CBC is always in on Monday when I have his blood drawn on Saturday. The only other thing I can think is if they did the test that breaks out the differnt types of blood calcium. If I remember correctly that one took several days.
