My friends cat had shots and died from cancer from the shot.
Certain shots can cause problems also. What is fpv?
Do you mean something else?

Doesn't that just infuriate you? My friend had an older cat and got 2 kittens that were only about 4 weeks old. She couldn't afford to take them to the vet, and I kept telling her that they were probably wormy, etc, and going to give stuff to her older cat. These kittens came from a stray, so she had not been cared for either. She didn't take them, and all 3 got very sick. The older cat almost died from severe worms, flea infestation. I was so mad at her. When she got them back from the vet, the bill was over $500!! I reminded her that it would have been a lot cheaper to get their shots when she got them! I'm just thankful that all 3 are OK.

FPV is another name for Feline Distemper.
