It's called SupremeV by Balance diet.. Apparently they use some sort of fermentation process and don't cook it at all... I'm not sure I'll try it, but wanted to get some opinions

Checkout the nutrition facts and see if it fits with your cats activity, if so try it but don't buy to much.

Garlic can cause heinz-body anemia. I would be suprised if there's enough garlic in this food to do so, though.

I think this food looks interesting, and I would try it out if it was available to me locally.

Abundant of fruits and veggies!

Chicken, beef, eggs, chicken liver, beef liver, tripe, bone marrow, ground bone, alfalfa, salmon, carrot apple, orange, grapefruit, avocado, tomato, spirulina spinach, broccoli, turnip greens, blueberry, shiitake mushroom, bean sprouts, garlic, berry grass, cider vinegar. Is this really what we should be feeding an obligate carnivore?

I don't know about you but I wouldn't go near it. JMHO.

I'm most curious about their "Supreme V Cat Pate": http://www.balancediet.com/Default.aspx?tabid=295

I think fermentation is a novel idea. I'd be interested in more details about the process. Fermentation would eliminate some, many or most (depending on how long it was allowed to continue) of the carbs from the diet. It would produce alcohol, which I assume would be drawn off and thrown away.
