Wow Thats one more reason for us to get a wood stove! We have been thinking of investing in one for our heating cost. We get buried hard in the winter time with gas Co. bills. It would save us on litter too!!!Originally Posted by GoldenKitty45

But getting them used to pellets takes about a week or two - you have to gradually add the pellets in the regular litter and as you scoop, replace with more pellets then regular litter. I think it took about 2 weeks to do this for ours.
Price - $5.00 for 40 lbs of pellets - bag last me 2-3 months (not sure how long). I have two litter boxes - the pellets just cover the bottom, you don't want it deep like normal litter.
