So my neighbor decided instead of keeping his newly appointed cat (passed on from another neighbor) inside where she couldn't get knocked up, to throw rocks at the stray, the only active male around the building. So I told my hubby I was going to take him in for a little while.
Now this big fluffy tomcat had, had his share of kittens, and I figured it was time to get him neutered and cleaned up. First order of business was getting him inside, piece of cake really, a few 'here kitty kitty's and I had him in a large dog kenel in my bedroom. Then I gave him a bath, and he was amazingly compliant. I put him in a harness and attached the harness to the tap. I have a detachable shower head.
And eventually I got him fixed and released him again. Not much else I could have done seeing as I already had 7 cats of my own to take care of. But little did I know that he would go out with a bang. During his stay one of my females was in heat. Now all my boys have been trimmed and tucked so they are all bang and no buck
. But no, I left him in the room for two seconds unsupervised thinking Lucipher, her usually crabby self would want nothing to do with him.
and then these little ones happened.

technically this is her third litter, her first was a still born though, and there was only one kitten. But consistently, for all three she has had a tuxedo for her first, that always comes out breach. With her second litter I helped her out a lot because I was afraid the reason her first little one didn't make it was because it was breach.
Anyone have any clue as to why she tends to 'scream' when giving birth, it also happens when she is 'penetrated'? Just curious.
