When will TCS 2009 calendars be available?

Is there a date yet when the calendars will be available? Will there be an extra photo contest to get the December winners in early?

I'd like to be able to purchase calendars to give to family and friends for Christmas.

Glad you asked!


We're going to be pushing the photo contests through fast and furious in the next month and a half. I'll go ahead and spill the beans on the themes so you can start snapping early, or at least going through your plethora of photo archives (if you're anything like me!).


The October contest will start on October 1 with the theme of "Scary/Scardy Cats".

The November contest will start October 13 with the theme of "Nom, Nom, Nom"
otherwise known as cats and food (ours or theirs).

The December contest will start on October 20 with the theme of "Deck the Halls (with Sparkle Balls and Catnip)" or holiday cats.

We'll have the voting overlapping, with the last voting ending not later than mid-November. We'll have everything ready to go so the calendar will be up for sale at TCS's CafePress Shop within a day or two of the final vote, so there should be plenty of time to order them and get them before Christmas.
Maybe even in time to send to your Secret Santa.
