So I thought under the agreement for Time Warner, they're supposed to notify you before they raise your rates. My rates have gone up twice in the last year and neither time did they notify me. Granted I get a discount through my apartment and I only use their broadband service, but they should at least tell me before they hike the rates up. I've complained about it through email and messages (no one seems to ever pickup) but I haven't heard a peep from them. Now I'm wondering how I'm going to terminate my contract with them since I'll be moving soon.
