Is this weird

Okay I had someone say its weird that I belong to the catsite when I nolonger have a cat does anyone think its weird that I am still a member even though my cat passed away? I do hope to get another cat at some point I just don't have one at this time.

why care what someone else said? If you like being here, there is nothing strange about it.

I love being here but I guess I wondered if anyone else thought it was weird.

Maybe someday I will get another cat,but for now...I am catless...yet enjoying the forum!

I don't think it's weird at all! I post on a site that is mainly for people who live in Orange County, California. I've never been there. I stopped by, read the threads, decided I liked the place and decided to post.

Just because you don't have a cat right now,doesn't mean you don't love cats and this site is for people who love cats.

I have several friends who love to come to this site and look at the kitty pictures in the fur pictures, and read about peoples' cats' antics in the what's new pussycat forum.

Don't pay any attention to what someone said. You like it here, and we like having you here.

This site isn't just about cats, it's also about friends and support and discussing every day things. We're not just sitting around talking about litter box habits and hairballs (well, not too much)! If those people have never been here to found out how wonderful we all are, they just wouldn't understand!

I don't think its weird. I think people are weird like that sometimes.

I don't think it's weird at all, even if you don't have a cat anymore and you still love them you are welcome to stay here as long as you want hun!

You sound just like me, I was also starting to wonder if people would think I was weird for still being here. I am also planing to get another cat eventually, but since I lost Snowball less than two weeks ago it's too soon and I'm just not ready to adopt another one yet.
