Anybody have any experience with this food? Is it any good? Looks decent to me... my vet sent me home a sample, and a riot ensued....

It was on the second-to-top shelf of the cabinet, in a packet. Well, Carl somehow managed to climb all the way up there, throw the packet down to K-Pants, and then both of them were busy opening it
Jess witnessed this scenario earlier. Apparently, it's a taste hit, and I've been looking to switch them off Nutro, since it was giving them both soft poops. Since they seem to like it... worth a shot?

I used to feed it, but switched. I remember for sure it was no longer UTI friendly. It's a decent food, IMO. And they obviously like it!

This is Berry Punch's husband.

Solid Gold, to my knowledge, is respected as one of the early holistic brands. It's definitely better than Nutro.

We use katz-n-flocken for all of our cats. All of them love the taste!
It works well for the 2 cats with allergies and for Froggie who had a problem with repeated UTIs- He hasn't had one since we switched him to the Katz-n-Flocken.
The only problem I found is that one of our girls has put on alot of weight. Maybe she likes it too much!

I fed it to my youngest cat.. she won't touch anything else. The older two don't like it much. But, the reason I picked it for the youngest is when I got her I read all about pet foods and ingredients, and was just freaked out by what I Found. So I went to Pet Supplies Plus and read the ingredients on every bag of cat food they have and landed on that one. I think it's great. It's relatively cheap, easy to find, and the ingredients list is solid.
