This seems like the making of another Warren Jeffs type situation. Only perhaps worse. They may even be producing child pornography

Now, I've read a little bit about this, and I'd really like to see an unbiased group come in and review this. These allegations are massive.

It reminds me of the child abuse accusations in Kern County, CA.

If these people are guilty then fine the evidence will show that. However, I think whom ever is heading this investigation needs to proceed in a very mindful way.

Too true. Although I think they may have recently gotten some indictments finally, the investigation into the polygamist sect back in April left a lot to be desired from my understanding.

Keep me posted.

I'm going to let the evidence speak for itself.

I'm not going to jump to too many conclusions, but abuse can be very difficult to prove. Child porn indicates some sort of record (video or photographic), which carries a whole lot more weight. I've also never heard of a case where they "raid" someplace on child porn allegations without already having proof of the porn - just maybe not as much as they end up having after the raid.

Hopefully, for the sake of those children, the "child porn" they are talking about is innocent family pictures.

Unfortunately, this Mr. Tony Alamo (uh-lah-MO) seems to be an
unsavory case at the very, very least:

there are more articles on the Net about him, but the above website shows many of the ones that the web search turns up individually.

I hope the allegations aren't true and its a case of some creepy guy starting a cult. But often in those situations children are in unsafe environments. I will follow the case.

Sounds like this guy should be sharing a cell with Warren Jeffs.

I'd be interested to see how this all unfolds. I hope for the children's sake that this information is not correct...but we'll just have to wait and see. That guy sounds like a creep!

Have there been any more recent developments?

Nothing that's very informative, actually. There was this little article this morning about court proceedings to keep the girls in state custody.
