3 weeks old today!

My bottle babies are three weeks old today. They are doing well. Questions, how often should they be fed now? When can I start weaning them too? Should I still be providing a heat source? When can I spay momma(the babies have been off her since they were 4 days old)? I will have to get my pics uploaded for you guys.
