I apologize in advance for starting yet another thread about my cats-I am only doing so to give the other folks on this board with similar problems a bit of much needed hope-I don't want my news to get buried in an old thread. I am going on hour 2 of having the cats in the same room. I admit I had to go out and have a few beers to get the guts up-LOL-but, so far, so good. There is alot of growling going on from the older male, but no advances whatsoever. The young one who attacked me six days ago is such a chicken now-and thank God for that!! He just backs off and sits under my chair. I lost track of them awhile ago and they were both in the bedroom together cruising around. The neutering obviously did wonders. I never thought this would all end peacefully, but, we seem to be on the right track. Thank you all for your encouragement, good thoughts and suggestions. I will still check in w/this board to hopefully help someone else who may find themselves in the same situation. Thank You Cat Site!!! Sheila, Tweak and Paulie

I am glad the whole thing is going pretty smooth for them. Spaying and neutering your pets is such a great step for peace in the house. Most people don't realize how many hormones are going through both males and females. It more than none causes conflicts in a multi cat household. I wish you guys continued peace in the house!!
