I needed to run to the vets office this morning, this woman was there, she wasn't financially able to take care of her dog, he was calling her parents asking for help to pay for her dogs operation and stay at the clinic, it had a massive wound on the back of its neck, quite gross, i felt so bad for her.

It reminded me of the time where i had no money but i was very lucky that the kitties weren't sick. I was telling my vet that i would donate my cat trees and their litter boxes and bunny cage. The lady jumped up and said she would love to have one for her kitties. I told her to come by and pick it up in the afternoon.

As i was walking up the street her and her boyfriend were already awaiting, i gave them the things and she asked if i wanted any money for it. I said no, because back in the day i didn't have enough and people helped me and it was my turn to return the favor to someone who really needed it. I also gave her two bags of cat food.

Her eyes lit up as if it was a little childs christmas day.

All i asked for in return was for her to send me a pictures of her kitties on the trees enjoying it

I feel good, but yet crying as i already miss my kitties so much, i can't wait to see them again! Its only next week, but i wont be able to take them home for another month!

Enjoy your day everyone!

And think of the good it did their hearts to see your kindness. Someday when they're doing better, I'm sure they'll "pay it forward." Good work, m'dear!

What a sweetie you are!
jcat That was really nice of you, Fran, and something those people will probably never forget.
Exactly.
I belong to a group in my town that "free-cycles"---you can post your stuff or ask for stuff but eveything has to be free. I gave 2 big flower pots to a lady the other day and she was absolutely tickled about it. Made me feel good all day. It's just nice to help out someone that needs it.
