The stroller arrived by UPS Wednesday, and this morning I took Slasher and Ripper out in it for the first time.
I had assembled it Wednesday, and left it out for them to play with.
I went out while it was still dark, so no one saw me. The few cars that passed by probably thought it was a baby in the stroller.
I'd judge it as a success. It was easy to push and control and the wheels didn't squeak. The kitties meowed occasionally, but spent most of the time looking out through the mesh.
The only problem was that Slasher quickly figured out how to open the zippers, so I was preoccupied with periodically pushing his head back in and keeping the zippers closed. Next time I'll secure them closed with strings.
My pace was slower than my normal run, but the added effort of pushing the stroller made it just as much of a workout. (I live in a hilly area.)
When I got back, I expected them to run quickly away from the stroller, but they stayed and played in and on it. So I guess they like it.
