I was looking online at the CFA site about thier cat shows and it dosen't mention a time for the one in Phoenix on the 13/14. As a spectator what is a good time for me to go? Also is there anyone here going to it?

Are you sure it is a CFA show, or could it be another organization? It should be listed on their site if it is CFA.

I'm not sure if there is really a good time to go to a show. I mean.... it's all good! But if you want to see the ribbons awarded, you may want to go later in the day. It's just hard to say an exact time because everything occurs over and over again throughout the day. My last show, Maxx was in several rings right at the beginning of the show and then wasn't in the last couple until the end of the show. Anytime is good if you just want to walk through and browse at the different cats. Just remember not to touch unless the owner says it's ok. Many don't like people to touch their cats just because they've spent a lot of time grooming them for the show. Have fun!

I think I found it here: http://September ShowsSeptember Shows But usually they don't give the times there. You usually have to go to the local organizations web page. You can email the clerk and ask them for a link to their site. They usually don't mind.

Good show it looks like - has some of my favourite judges in there - the most amazing would be Betty White - she's around 86 years old, sharp as a tack and carriers 9kg Maine Coons effortlessly!
Harding, Mare, Orlando, Rothermel - all good judges that like to explain the breed and the standards required.

Most shows open to the public about 10am - 4 or 4:30. Its less crowded in the mornings; a lot of people come after lunchtime. So if you want a good seat to listen to the judges explain cat shows and breeds, I'd go in the morning hours.
