There are several places you can find information and yours is just as good as mine which was found by going to Cat Behavior and then Cat Behavior for Beginners and looking at the bottom where you will find 5 things as you say. The most quoted thing you will find NOT to do all over TCS is to not squirt your cat with water. But the Kats have ruled you the winner but you do not get the extra 2,000 bonus points since you posted at nn:04.
