Good morning!

Here's today's question of the day!

Do you like to buy or read the gossip/tabloid magazines?

I enjoy reading them, but I don't buy them anymore. I've been trying to save a little money, and that is one of the things I've cut way down on. Someone I work with (can't figure out who) brings their old ones to work and leaves them in the lounge, so I still get my fix, lol!

I do! I don't usually buy them though. My MIL buys them and then passes them along to me a lot of the time. Once in a blue moon DH will buy me one while he's out. I have one sitting on the coffee table in front of me right now actually. But the only magazines I buy are school/work related (i.e. American Craft, etc.).

I don't buy them, but I will read them if someone is going to throw them away.

I glance at the covers in line at the grocery store, too!

Though I do like to read the tabloids. I think, I don't know really how to define one vs the other. You know, those ones that say "big foot found" and "my baby is an alien". They're good for a laugh!

As a kid in choir, we had a song about those, I've never been the same since! "Extra, extra, read all about it, big foot weds a Florida mouse!"

The gossip ones I can't stand. I don't glance at the covers because I'm curious, just bored, and end up rolling my eyes every time!

I use to buy and read them in my younger days but have not bought or looked at one since Princess Diana died...
Guess it's just my stand on bad press or sensationalism..

I'll peruse People in the checkout line at the grocery store or at the dentist office but don't buy them.

My mom buys the National enquirer though and I looked at it Monday afternoon!

I only read them in the isle while I'm waiting in line at Wal-Mart. Our WM is HORRIBLE about having enough employees at the check out stand. I can almost get through the whole issue before I'm at the checkout counter.

I am so far behind the times I don't know half of the people they are talking about.

If I need to know any hot gossip there is a girl at the office that is so into this stuff you would think she is talking about close friends and family.

I usually just read them in the checkout lines, if I really want to read something, I'll save myself the $4.00 and read it online on the magazine's website
