Lending a helping paw,,

I forgot I had this picture, it might have been a good one for the August contest. It is Panther trying to take care of Tuffy after he came back from 2 days in a big animal hospital for tests. Tuffy died not long after this picture from FIP.

Awww, that is so sweet it almost breaks my heart. I'm so sorry about Tuffy, but at least he was well loved in his final days. Thank you so much for sharing that pic!

Hi everyone, I am glad I have so many pictures of Tuffy. It makes me sad to look at some of them like this one, but others are from the short time he was feeling good and would go camping with us and things like that.

Oh knowing the story that is such a bittersweet - absolutely lovely - picture.

I'm so sorry for your loss. But Tuffy was obviouly VERY loved by all members of your family!

i think the word bittersweet was invented for that photo.

i lost my big ginger boy to FIP last october and i have many pics of little brother milo trying to make him feel better. i still find them painful to look at but strangely comforting too.
