Kitten has very watery eyes

My 10 week old kitten has been having very runny, watery eyes for the past 3 or 4 days, and I need to clean them every 5 hours (with cotton dipped in water) or they get really watery and also the fur around the eyes. I also heard him sneeze yesterday, but only twice in the whole day. Other than that, he looks purrfect- hes playful, eats well, sleeps well. Maybe he just has a cold?

Please get your kitten to a vet within the next day or two. It could be a cold, it could be an upper respiratory but the kitten needs meds.
