Tonight I made a delicious pork loin in the oven
seasoned and cooked at 350* for 1.5 hours, so good! I made hashbrowns and corn to go with it
Sherbert for dessert!

Well, not sure. I have a nice little ham, and was thinking I might do something with that. But I've also been having a yen for Vietnamese lately, and that just might take over.

My Mom, sister and me went to STICKY FINGERS for supper tonight. I hadf their Barbecue dinner which came not only with barbecue but baked beans, toast and slaw. We each had a peach cobbler for dessert. And yes, I'm supposed to be on a diet.:>

I had pizza tonight, Papa John's. I can't remember the exact name, but it was one of their specialty pizzas and it had spinach, chicken and tomatoes in an alfredo sauce. It was delish!

We spent all day driving home, so no way I was about to cook tonight!

I threw one of those California Kitchen frozen spinach pizzas in the oven. It was good!

You should have come to Alabama with DH and I to visit his parents. His mom is from Vietnam and makes the most amazing dishes!!!
Your dinner sounds yummy!

Oh, covetcovetcovet!! I love all Asian cuisines, but Vietnamese may very well be my favourite. And yes, it was yummy. We usually have some leftovers, but we had those for dessert.

Well I spent most of the afternoon baking, i.e. nibbling on apple slices and peach slices so I think for tonight it will just be either a salad or maybe a cup of soup...mmmmm Asparagus Soup sounds excellent...with a piece or two of toast for dunking..

I spent the morning baking!! Make two loaves of pumpkin-pecan bread and two dozen of a new muffin recipe -zucchini lemon (I added craisins instead of raisins though). And finished up the roasts from yesterday.
I have some tomato basil soup I canned on Friday might heat that up and have some ice cream.

The ham we didn't have last night. Sliced with some panfried potatoes and a veg. Quick, no fuss. Nectarines were nice the other day, so I'll probably cut one up and intoxicate it to put over ice cream for dessert.

We have an abundance of tomatoes to eat up. I got some rustic italian bread from the bakery to toast with garlic and olive oil for tomato sandwiches.

I had leftover pork loin from last night

I put two pieces sliced and some shredded cheese in a tortilla wrap and grilled it until the cheese was melted
It was really good! I also sliced up a few baby red potatoes and had those as well
