Did anyone else watch the dogtown special

on Michael Vick's pitbulls? I thought it was pretty interesting and it looks like the pits are doing very well.

Yup... watched it last night... they've done wonderful things with those dogs... With lots of patience and time, I believe many of them will find good homes... if not, Dogtown will take care of them. I think at least one of them is court-mandated to stay there for the remainder of her life (name started with with an 'M' I think). I wish more people would see what those dogs have become... there is hope for them...

Yes, it's Meryl that's court ordered to stay at DOG TOWN. Though I think they're doing wonders with her at not being so viscious around people.

I actually recorded it and am watching it now I am never sure when I will get to watch something so if its something I don't want to miss I watch it. And I also watched the Animal Witness episode on the michael vick dogs and I cryed so much from it. pit bulls are one of my favorite breeds they are such a loving breed when in responsible homes. One of the reasons they are so easily misused is their desire to please us. But when loved and treated the way all dogs should be treated these dogs are absolutely wonderful dogs. And I think what dogtown and other animal witness has shown is that these dogs can be saved and they are not blood thirsty killers they are just products of how cruel people can really be
