Baci is still anemic-CBC today still low

Baci is still eating a little on his own. However, I took him to the vet and his red blood count is even lower than before. The vet now feels it is an auto-immune disease - of what kind - I don't know. He says the medicine should have helped by now if it was a parasite. Do any of you have any suggestions for boosting his immune system? I had some transfer factor and I placed it in the drinking water. All three of my cats are drinking that. I really had good luck with the transfer factor with an older cat who passed away at age 15. Are there any products out there which might be better - and can be placed in the drinking water? That seems to be the best avenue to get anything down Baci without stressing him out.

I'm just at a loss as to what to do next. He needs to get his immune system strong.

Any suggestions or help would be so appreciated.

I am trying to help you but Cocos and Meekosfiles are missing since we moved. I found Stripe and Lucys though.
Here is what they took when they were Anemic and needed blood.
My cats had Nutrived B-complex+Iron liq for Anemia.
Stripe got Procrit shots every Week.
