Mittens is a very different kitten from other ferals I've fostered.
She's confident!
Marches everywhere with purpose, tail held high.
She also has huge feet.
I think though that she's barely 4 weeks old, being the only one suckling has given her an edge.
Her eyes are still startlingly blue and can't focus on things more than 8 or so inches away, plus she's still very wobbly, still learning to walk/run.

I felt that she needed a stuffed animal though since she has no siblings to cuddle, and the only safe one I have is a stuffed snake.

She's hiding, can you find the kitty?

I really don't want to

But, Jade will be coming back to me next week, and I already promised the young momma cat I'm caring for that if she didn't find a home before I get into a house, that she could come with me

And I also have to try to find homes for her three babies as well.

One of my co-workers here also works/lives at a storage facility, she's seriously considering taking her as an office cat.
I really hope she does.

In a perfect world, I'd keep them all

It's nice that you are keeping the Mama. I trapped my Mama and her kittens and found homes for all the kittens (I secretly wanted to keep one so I told my husband I found homes for all but one). Then I told him we had to keep Mama because who would adopt an adult cat?
I wish I could take that kitten.
