Has Clinsol/Antirobe made my cats sicker?

I took both my cats to the vet today to check and see if either of them had any medical problems that would cause them not to use the litter box. The vet checked them out and decided to put them both on an antibiotic dropper medicine called Clinsol (or Antirobe).

He told us to put about 12.5 mg of the drops split between both cats, directly into their food. Now that I've done that, however, I'm a bit worried. One of the cats threw up and they've both been very malaise...not wanting to be petted or even touched. They havent been on antibiotics before (they normally don't get sick since they're strictly indoor cats). Is that normal?

Also forgot to mention...they both got a feline leukemia shot today. Would it be possible that the two things would interact?

Good news!

Thankfully they said it's common for cats to sleep a lot after getting a shot like that, and perhaps moreso since they took the antibiotic. They're still not chasing each other just yet but they're eating well and not hesitating to wake up their humans at 5am for breakfast...

Signs of a normal life
