I have a 2 year old cat that pees on piles of clothes, blankets (like comforters), and carpets. We keep her out of our rooms which solves the problem of peeing on blankets and keep clothes off the floor but she still pees on the carpets. She always pees on the same part of the carpet too. We moved a few months ago and the old house didn't have carpet but she still peed on clothes at the old one. She poops in the litter box and sometimes pees in it. I have another cat too that doesn't have any problems with peeing. Any help would be great!

Has she been to a vet to check for UTI? Many cats will pee outside the box if they have a problem with infection. They are trying to tell us they are sick.

And if the carpet is not totally cleaned, the smell will attract them to go back to that spot. If you have one litter pan and more then one cat, it could be territory - get another pan. It could be the type of litter you are using or the kind of box.

Make sure to use an enzyme cleaner, or she'll still be able to smell it.

After a vet check to rule out anything medical, I'd try adding another litter pan or two.
