My foster boy Chance is boarded here till he finds his furever home. This place is run by a lady called Phyllis, who has converted her house into a cattery where people can come in to visit the cats and hopefully take one or two home


This is the main hall of her house, where the cats up for priority adoption are housed during adoption drives.


This big boy Ash has beautiful blue eyes (which are slightly crossed).. So endearing!

This grand old dame of 11 years old is usually bad-tempered, but she came to accompany me when I was sitting alone outside, and even let me clean her face

These three tiny babies were rescued from the same hoarder who had Chance. Happily, one has found her furever home

They're all so adorable. I wish I could take them all, but I've been put on a strict 2 kitty limit.

You must be a tough gal, you love cats so much and you can't have one. It's hard to be around them and not want to keep one... or two... or three. I'm in the same spot. Cannot have a pet right now so I volunteer. Sigh... I would have a houseful otherwise.

Nah, I'm not tough. Its a choice I have to make. Either keep the family and not have cats, or move out, break all ties with my folks and have all the cats I want
I know someday I'll have a cat or two and they will live like kings with me while I foster a bunch of kitties till they find their furever home


Rosiemac: Yeah I agree converting her home to a cattery is a smashing idea. It does take a lot of maintenance though... now Phyllis is a tough gal

Very very cool. Such beautiful cats. My dream is to have a sanctuary. Lucky Phyllis and all of those kitties.

so did the vet look at Lucky to see what kind of cat he is lol
