I was going to post in the thread about spring weather, but I didn't want to ruin the thread.

I live in Minnesota (very unfortunately) where the weather for the past few days has been very nice and springlike. Yesterday and today have been absolutely awesome, with a high of about 80 degrees.

Nobody is happy about what's coming next...starting tomorrow, the stupid colder weather will be back AGAIN!!!!! They are even talking about a wintery mix of rain and snow!!!! And the weather will be cold and crummy for Easter weekend too. It's not very green or pretty here either. It's getting really hard to feel positive.

Fortunately, the rain stopped and the clouds broke up, at about 9:30 this morning.

I like flowers.

I was just watching the weather channel, they said some places (New Mexico and Texas?????) that are affected by the same storm system that will affect us had 120 mph winds today. That seems so unreal.

Wow. Bad weather really is a bummer, and I know some people can get seasonal depression (I think I did a bit). When we moved to Arizona (late Feb) from Buffalo, NY it was incredible. I hadn't seen the sun in 3 months, and it was so awesome to be able to wear shorts.

I'll be sending some sunny vibes to cheer you up:daisy:

Monday it was 83 degrees, today I'm back to wearing winter clothes. They are expecting a high in the 30's today with 2" of snow. My throat feels raw and I'm scheduled to sing at a Good Friday service and Easter. Nothing melodic is coming from my throat at all. They'll have to get someone else if this doesn't clear up. Any good remedies out there?

Honey and lemon juice. Take a teaspoonful of honey and an ounce of lemon juice

I know how you feel...it is very depressing when the weather is nice for awhile and then it gets yucky again. It does make people sick to have the weather changing like that.
