Well....the Labor Day Mackinac Bridge walk is certainly shaping up. We've got a group of 8 people (so far) who are planning to walk together with us! My mom is as giddy as a schoolgirl! We've got a driver for the van, so we don't have to wait in line for bus tickets, and we're planning a yummy tailgate party at the end of the bridge walk. My digital cameras are charging as I type! Hope to have bunches of pictures to share when we get back! I'm so glad that this is really coming together for my mom...she has wanted to do this for the past couple years, but something has always come up and prevented her participation.
