Last night I had Sconic with my sister and her family on the way to go and get groceries from the grocery store.

I'm still not sure what i'm going to make for dinner tonight yet!

Well, last night ended up being the salad something or other, and there was a little left for our lunches today. The last of that bird gets consumed tonight in quesadillas.

Quesadillas sound really good, but we can't have alot of cheese with DH's chlolesteral issues. Maybe I'll do turkey tacos tomorrow for my mexican fix

Well, since it is going to be 106 here today, I am either making cheese noodles and salad or we are going out for dinner. One of the local restaurants is having special meal deals so we are leaning on going out.

Well I finally figured out what we're having for dinner!

I'm making chicken flourentine and some nice salads and cheesey garlic bread to go with it
I've got the chicken in the oven now and I will get the pasta and sauce/spinach going in a little bit!

I'm starving already!

I'm not sure what i'm going to fix up to go with them though (I need to run to the grocery store soon- i'm out of everything
)

What is everyone else having?

*EDIT* I wound up making green beans and corn to go with the chicken wings. It was yummy- I used EVOO, fresh dill, black peppercorn, and garlic salt to season the veggies
I am not sure what is for dinner tonight but I can tell you it is DW's birthday and we are going to the III Forks, which is at the very top of fine restaurants in Dallas. They claim to have the best prime steaks in Texas so that is what we will be having along with assorted vegetables and a Ceasar salad to start things off. I told them it was my wife's birthday and they are making something very special for desert so I cannot tell you what that is going to be but I do know that we are seated by the chamber orchestra and they will be doing something special for her. I am really looking forward to this and am glad you asked what I was having for dinner!

I seem to be on a salad kick this week..Tonight I had a very nice Greek pasta salad, with penne, black olives, tomato's peppers, feta cheese and a oil and vinegar dressing...along with a sauteed chicken breast...For dessert I cleaned out my fruit drawer so had a combo of watermelon, cantaloupe, mango and kiwi salad mixed with some vanilla bean yogurt..

Everything was very good but now I am to stuffed to move..

I've been on a grilled cheese kick this week, so I had two of those, but this time I put sliced tomatoes in it. For dessert, it'll either be pudding or a brownie I just made. I took a brownie mix and added crushed up Oreos to it. It smells soooo good.
