Incontinence after delivery

Goldy had her babies last Saturday, Aug. 23. I've noticed that since she delivered she is dribbling urine a lot. I see the most after she sits or lays in one spot for a few minutes, but also little drops when she's just walking across the room. I did end up with a bigger clean-up job after I had her bouncing all over the living room chasing a laser light. My own fault on that one.

Has anybody else noticed incontinence after a delivery? Is this something that will clear up on its own, or should I take her to the vet? She's not acting sick and she's still using the litter box.

It was really bad the first three days, dribbling with almost every step she took. Then it got to where she mostly only dribbled when she was running or climbing on things. I haven't seen any drips the last two days, so I hope it's finished.
