Has anyone read the set of 4 of these authors books: Twilight; New Moon; Eclipse; and Breaking Dawn?

My daughter got me hooked on them and I read all 4 in one week. I haven't been so keen on any books in a long, long time.

Now we are impatiently waiting for the movie Twilight to come out.

I just finished reading the first three and intend to get Breaking Dawn sometime this week.

I'm already chomping at the bit for the movie this winter.

I feel like I know her characters personally, and, being from Seattle, and knowing the Olympic penninsula well, she did a wonderful job on the setting, including her use of some actual Quileute legends.

I was very impressed.

I can't wait to see if she expands on some of the other characters.

Love the books! I read 3 and am working on Breaking Dawn. I got my daughter hooked and she is reading the 2nd one now.

For her 16th birthday we are going to go see Twilight!

I have read all three - not Breaking Dawn. It's actually sitting on my table in front of me right now. I'm trying to hold off - I don't want it to end yet.

Did you know they moved up the date of the Twilight movie? It's in Nov. now.

Yes, my daughter was all excited about it. She's feeling so smug that she got me excited about those books since I'm the big reader in the family and she and hubby don't read that much. She honestly couldn't put them down either. I thought she was just rambling until I started reading (and she started laughing at me)!

I'm going to go read this series now! Sounds good, and I'm always looking for a good read.

I think I read all four books in like a week and half.
It's been along time since I'd read anything so addicting. I have to admit for books marked for 'young adults' the entire series was really good. It was way more mature than I was expecting it to be.

I've never heard of her, but I just checked the online library and her books seem very popular. I requested all of them but my place in the queue is between 85 and 131 for the books.

I just bought the first book for my neice's birthday, which is today. I had absolutely no idea what to buy her and I saw this thread and asked my sister for permission - my neice is a very mature 12 year old and I worried whether it would be a bit too adult for her, but my sister said to go ahead and get it. Thats her present sorted out!

Yes, we're very excited it comes out in November. It was originally going to be MY birthday movie, but with the new date, it's now my daughter's birthday movie, LOL!

Haven't read them, but we have huge sales in all four books. And I'm excited to see that the new enthusiasm for reading didn't end with Harry Potter #7 (even if Rowling is coming out with a new book again...
