I had a miscarriage just over 2 months ago (which was a real blow for me, because I was SO happy to be pregnant), and I think I might be pregnant again... don't know for sure yet. For those who have been pregnant, did you notice a change in your cat's behaviour? My husband keeps telling me he's quite sure I am preggers, partly because the cats are behaving differently around him.

I can't say I've noticed any difference in my 2 girls' behaviour, but here's hoping!! I have started getting one of the early warning signals of pregnancy.

I am about 7 1/2 months along (due 11/4) and my DH swears that 2 of our girls are acting different. Pepper (who we have had for 1 1/2 years) has NEVER sat on my lap for any length of time. She has graced my lap with her presence twice in the last 2 weeks.

Also Claire who always prefers Daddy has picked me a couple of times. Misty is as aloof as ever

I hope you are pregnant again
and want to be the first to wish you congrats!

When I was pregnant (gave birth a little over a month ago) my bottle babies acted differently with me. Jake was forever laying on my tummy and Worm would try to lay on Jake. After the baby started kicking, they all seemed to want to lay on me. And Daddys girl, China, who normally ignores me, would come to me first for attention.

Good luck and fingers crossed for you.

When a friend of mine was pregnant, her roommate's shih tzu acted more affectionate and protective of her.
