Oh my goodness. I think this cat is just the cutest thing. It's a little odd, but just adorable.

Yoda is a cutie! Even with two extra ears...

I'm thinking its a hoax picture. For one thing the ears are totally different. If a true 4-eared cat, the ears would look the same or closer then what is pictured

Not sure why the ears would have to be the same or a certain distance but apparently it is true!
Although rare, apparently there are others! Soo cute!

Yes I did see a few others - there is another Yoda. I had to re-read the article. Maybe its a real cat, but the ears on the other ones matched a lot better then this one. On the new Yoda, one set is pointed, one is deformed rounded - that's why I was thinking "fake" at first.

In the other 4 eared cats, if you look close, the ears all match up - this one is almost like a fused kitten (was gonna be two different kittens). Wonder if the new Yoda may have some double set (like a parasite twin) inside his body.

With those extra pointy little ears it would have to be his "evil" twin.

Aww, he's cute! It's unusual and I think the article says they're actually skin flaps and not ears.

Very cute I think the name suites it well

Are the ear "flaps" in front and the normal ears in the back (the pointed ones) or vice versa????

What an adorable kittie! Here's an article about 4-eared cats:
http://www.messybeast.com/freak-ears.htm
It seems to be caused by a kitten inheriting 2 recessed genes.

Wow...thats a lot of cats with four ears.

The cat missing ear flaps was unusual as was the kitty with the extra ear flaps sticking straight forward out of the real ears.

I would say all those cats pretty much fall in the category of "defective ear flap" formation. After all, the same thing applies to "folds" and "curls."

One wise geneticist once told me that if our external parts had as much variation as is normal in our internal organs, people with noses the size of a pea or the size of a cantaloupe would be common.

That is a scary thought.
He is a cutie pie. If I had a kitty with 4 ears I would want to play with his ears all of the time.
