Over the river and through the woods...
Another thread got me thinking about this, and I love almost every movie Disney has put out. The animation is awesome, even in the older ones, and they take so much time to build the characters and the story.

My all time favorite has to be Beauty and the Beast. Besides the fact that the computer animation, for it's time (good lord, has it really been almost 20 years since it came out?), the story is just beautiful and gives a role model for young women saying that looks aren't everything, it is what is within that counts. Also, it inforces that women can be smart and independant and that is ok.

So, what is your favorite, and why?

I love Disney movies! The Little Mermaid and Lion King are probably my top favorites, but I also love Lady and the Tramp, Beauty and the Beast, Peter Pan, Sleeping Beauty (probably my favorite when I was little). The only one I really didn't care for was Hunchback of Notre Dame - otherwise, I've liked them all!

"Cars" and both "Toy Story" movies!

I loved "Beauty & The Beast," too, but for me, it's not in the same league.

For me it is hands down, positively, Finding Nemo! I grew up with all the traditional Disney pictures and even avoided seeing Finding Nemo for atleast a year after its release. I watched it from my computer with a friend and we both fell in love with the movie! I think it is one of if not the best animated educational, inspirational, entertaining film for all ages!
Haven't watched a Pixar movie I didn't like yet, but Finding Nemo is supreme!
This thread should have been a poll, It would be interesting to see the majority opinion.......

I donâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t even know if this is a Disney movie but “Homeward Bound†was my favorite all time movie for years.

Ice age 2 was amazing. I remember laughing so hard I cried. My stomach actually hurt the next day. Oh my gosh was that ever a cute movie.

Sleeping Beauty, without a doubt. I love the scene at the end where she is dancing with her prince and her dress is changing color from pink to blue
Mileficent is the all-time scariest disney villain too

I know you, I've walked with you once upon a dream! I know you, the gleam in your eyes is so familiar a gleam
now i want to go home and watch it
