Boy, new fosters, tons of new questions!! So I have four new fosters. Three are brothers, and we have a fourth who is not related. This fourth little guy is pretty stressed. Everyone has freedom right now, and he has mainly been hiding. But, he does come out to play.

That's where the problems start. He often initiates play, but then, no matter who started it, he ends up freaked out. He gets scared and very defensive- full posturing, hissing, the works.

Now, where they were before told me they were all kept together, so it shouldn't be that they need to be introduced. Maybe reintroduced, but they should already know each other.

So, my question is, is it safe to keep them all together in the large dog cage I have for them? It is very large, big enough for a St Bernard. I am just worried that this will stress the little guy out more, or if they get in a full out fight, someone could end up hurt.

Do you guys have any advice? I'd appreciate any insight, thanks!
