Pepper the cat after surgery

Two months ago Pepper had surgery to remove a tumor that now grew back. When I took her home after the surgery, I noticed that the vet left the IV needle in her leg! I had to take her back to remove it. My poor cat! I hope Pepper is going to be ok. Is the tumor cancerous?

Poor Pepper. She is a sweetheart. I do hope that she will get better.

The tumor is cancerous. It's a soft tissue sarcoma (malignant tumor). The chances are very slim that she will get better.
